1. Catch-Up Lessons and Credits

 

1.1 A catch-up lesson is obligatory when Apollo Music Academy is notified of a student's absence 24 hours or more before the scheduled lesson.

 

1.2 In instances where there is an excursion, incursion, or school-related event conflicting with the lesson time, a catch-up lesson will be arranged.

1.3 In the event that a music teacher is unable to instruct the student, whether due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances, and a suitable replacement cannot be identified, a catch-up lesson shall be scheduled.

2. Unpaid Lessons

 

2.1 In the circumstance that payment is not received by the specified due date on the invoice, Apollo Music Academy reserves the right to cease lessons for the student in question.

3. Conducting Lessons

 

3.1 Teachers are expressly advised to supervise students at all times during lessons, including pick-up and drop-off.

 

3.2 Teachers are required to diligently record notes in a student's music journal during lessons. In the event that the journal is not brought, a sheet containing lesson notes will be provided.

4. Administration and Communication

 

4.1 The administration team shall maintain regular communication with each school to stay informed about upcoming events and occurrences. 

 

4.2 Apollo Music Academy undertakes the responsibility of communicating with parents regarding lessons, including but not limited to timetabling, invoicing, school events, and performance opportunities.

5. Photography & Filming

 

5.1 Apollo Music Academy reserves the right to use any film/media/still photographs of students for appropriate promotional purposes within Australia, including for use in Social Media.

 

5.2 The Student or Parent must inform Apollo Music Academy in writing at any time if you will not allow the use of such images.

6. Changes to the Terms & Conditions

​

The Terms & Conditions described above are agreed to upon enrolment and may be changed at any point by Apollo Music Academy without providing notice to the parent or student. These Terms & Conditions will be available on our website and can be emailed to a parent or student upon request.
